Ever since that first Imperial Star Destroyer soared over my head during the summer of 1977, Visual Effects, as I knew it, changed forever. With the “Star Wars” trilogy, motion pictures entered a renaissance of technology. The computer was married to the film camera and post production entered a new age. Now over 30 years later, the computers are cameras, and we are in a DIGITAL world.
